Another Santa Finish

Hi All, Just like my creative title suggests I finished truckin'(typed very carefully) Santa on the weekend.

My lovely camera has washed it out but it very bright and cheery. I am still waiting to get my new Stoney Creek magazine so I can start the next one. It will be a choice of a golf cart or an aeroplane.

Faery Tales & A Barbie dress

Hi All, First up is Faery Tales

And I finished a dress for Barbie

My lovely camera has washed the colors out. The top is pale pink and the skirt has pale pink, dark pink and white ruffles. In the  pattern ( found here pattern 1020 ). The only changes I have made are I added a button hole on the back and used 3.25mm needles instead of 2mm.Also you are supposed to press down the ruffles so they lay straight down but I liked how it looks curly so will be leaving it like that for now. The site has lots of great barbie knitting patterns. I have now started a rainbow one for Charlotte who is choosing the colors for me as I go along. I started with purple and she has green lined up for me next.

Faery Tales and a Fairy Park

Hi All, Here is Faery Tales.

And last weekend we took the girls to the Fairy Park in Anakie .

 The playground is a huge castle where the kids can go in the walls and down a big slide. We were able to organize to go with a couple of Bella's friends from school so a good day was had by all and the weather was perfect.

And huge hello to my new followers. I can't believe I have cracked the magic 100. I will be having a giveaway in the next couple of weeks when school starts and I have a little bit of sanity back.
The girls loved Ice Age 4 and considering it was their first time at the movies they sat like little angels all the way through it. I'm still not sure if I was looking at the right girls. Somehow Hannah managed to eat her way through a bucket of popcorn by herself and still eat her lunch.
