Rudolph & Mermaids

Hi All,

Rudolph got some more work on Saturday.
I think he may be my fave now over the Angel.

I also got my first order from my Etsy shop. Soooo excited lol. And what was that order for? All these mermaids!

As I wasn't sure what a group of mermaids are the Crafty Princess came up with a swirl of mermaids.

My etsy shop is called Charbellas Creations. I will add a link on the side if I can work it out lol.

Izzy, A Hat & A Ninja Turtle

Hi All,

If only I could get a page finish every week I would be done in no time lol. This week I finished page 9 on Izzy which leaves 27 pages to go.

I done this little hat for my market stall. It is for a newborn to 3 month old baby.

And in my most time consuming finish this week 2 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles for Charlotte's teacher. After I finished the blanket for  Bella's teacher, Charlotte wanted something for her teacher and I thought these looked quite quick. I mean the YouTube video was only 25 minutes. Cut to two hours later for each turtle and me being put on the injured list when I somehow managed to pinch my thumb between my nails and give myself a blood blister we have Leonardo and Raphael. Donatello and Michelangelo will come at some time on the weekend after I get a little bit of sanity back.

2 time the finishes

Hi All,

I didn't succeed with Izzy last week but I did with Piper finishing the page. So that makes it 5 down 23 to go.

And my second finish came in the way of this baby blanket. It is for Bellas teacher who is due with her first baby in a few months. The pattern is Sirdar 1252 and I used Ice Yarn.

It was a pretty quick knit and I can now say I have mastered the yarn over.

WIPocalypse #4

Hi All,

Here we go again:)

Piper Tir N Org last time

Piper Tir N Org now

Princess Izzy last time
 This time
Penguin ornament last time
And finished

So I started Rudolph

Sadly no Floral Beauty this month.

This months topic is how do you keep your stash organized?
Since most of my stash are HAED charts they are all stored on a usb stick and backed up on dropbox.
My other charts are in one underbed storage container. Since I have had a bit of culling of my magazines( I have been buying them for five years and think the Christmas ornaments are the first thing I have stitched out of them) they are all stored in a couple of magazine holders.
My threads live in 4 cotton storage boxes that I set up around me to stitch every night. I don't 'kit out' every project and just buy the threads as I need them so all my projects share the same threads.
Thanks to DH I am lucky enough to have the full set of the DMC range.

Hi All,

Almost had a page finish this week on Izzy this week.
I got excited this week because that little patch of white down the bottom is the unicorn!

And Rudolph got his red nose this week.

Piper & Penguin

Hi All,

Here is how I spent my stitchy week. First on the Piper
Almost done with this page but there is a lot of confetti to work through. It's all in the details lol.

And penguin should be finished this week as there is only a bit of snow to stitch and a little backstitch.
